Tasting note
Ruby red robe. A complex nose with fresh aromas of black fruits ans spices: blackcurrant, blueberry, blackberry, pepper and some smoked notes. Dense in the mouth, a silky tannins finish blended with candied red fruits aromas. Nice length and fresh on the palate. A great aging potential.

Old vines (>30 ans) of Grenache noir, Syrah, Mourvèdre. Density of 4000 vines / ha.
winemaking
Traditional winemaking and selected plot. A 4 to 5 weeks vatting. 12 to 15 months barrel aging.
terroirs
Clay and limestone soil with sand and stony plateau.
